The unique feature of this slide is that two double rafts race each other along a circular track filled with curves, open and enclosed sections, and unexpected twists. During the ride, guests enter a moment of complete darkness before suddenly – almost out of nowhere – experiencing a dramatic drop: an 8-metre descent on a 50-degree slope, reaching speeds of up to 51 km/h.
Both rafts then enter a shared, vividly coloured section enhanced with visual illusions. Riders feel as if they’re about to collide – but of course, they pass each other safely. This kind of configuration is currently one of a kind in the industry: two double rafts starting from separate tracks arrive simultaneously at the same slide element.
The race continues into the “dragon’s mouth” – featuring stunning visual effects, lighting, water sprays, mist, and hissing sound effects. To spectators, it appears as though the dragon is actually swallowing the riders.
At the end of the slide, strong G-forces cause the rafts to swing up and down before coming to a stop – leaving guests eager to get back in line for another round!
